Cancellation Policy: Payments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager.

  • Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.
  • This Resort is suitable for children of all ages.
  • Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood.
  • Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure;
  • Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the rental, resulting in the loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;
  • Guests are allowed a maximum of 2 Visitors at any time (excluding guests added to the reservation - limit 4) during their stay. Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that. Visitors are complicit with these House Rules.
  • Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fees.
  • Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Rental; and any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding
    Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.

  • Guests and any Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; and Parking arrangements at the Rental are as follows:
    • Guests and their Visitors are to dispose of Garbage and Recycling in accordance with the usual practice at the Rental (as set out below) in the allocated trash cans, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas; and Garbage arrangements at the rental. All trash must be placed in dumpster immediately when bag is full. No trash or full bags are to be kept in room over night. Dumpsters are locked so guest will be provided a key. Dumpster is to be locked after each use.
  • Any time Guests leave the Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain
    security and prevent rain and water damage. Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. It is not permitted to leave the air conditioning on when Guests are absent for long periods from the rental.


    HOUSE RULES


    Guests must supervise any babies and children at all times when using the Deck and Balcony areas.
    • Specific Deck and Balcony rules are as follows:
      • Smoking of any kind is NOT permitted inside the building and rental. No smoking on Deck or Balcony of any type. If smoking outside,
        Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (i.e. in ashtray provided by North parking lot) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
      • Pets permitted at the Rental; Specific rules regarding Pets at the rental are as follows: 1 dogs per suite under 25 lbs. Pet fee applies $25 per pet per night. Pets are not to be left alone in suite for long periods of time. Any barking or nuisance reported can result in termination of your stay and amounts paid are NON-REFUNDABLE. All pet waste is to be immediately picked up and disposed of in proper trash receptacles or dumpster. Any pet damage or excess dirt will be charged to guest security deposit to clean excessive wear.
      • The Outdoor Hot tub/ Outdoor swimming Pool/ Indoor Swimming pool is only to be used between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00pm .
        For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use any glassware in or around the pool area. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a
        fine deducted from the security deposit.

      • In the event of an emergency relating to the suite, your emergency
        contact is: 911

COMPLIANCE

Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement.
The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the rental, any Guests or Visitors
who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
